Question: Are you insured?
Answer: Yes, our corporation holds an insurance policy pertaining to liabilty claims only.
Question: How many hours do you rent for, is there an extra charge for more hours?
Answer: We believe that there is only one way to charge and that's for a full day. Which means you can have the unit from 8 am till 6 pm if you wanted. We do allow for an earlier rental if needed and a later rental as well. Our only concern with a later rental is (1) rain and (2) mosquitoes.
Question: Do I have to pick the unit up and set it up as well for this cheap price?
Answer: No, we deliver the unit clean to your location and handle every thing from setting it up, giving you advise on the safe handling of the unit, making sure that everything is safe, and returning at the end of the day and bringing it back to our facilty.
Question: Are your units clean and safe?
Answer: Every unit after use is inspected for safety reasons. The units are inflated, the outside is cleaned, the inside is vacumed and sprayed with a disinfectent to rid of childhood dieases, and then is stored inside away from the the hot Florida sun.
Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: At the present time we can only accept cash or check. We are still looking for the most affordable way of accepting major CC to assist in keeping our prices the same for you, the customer.
Question: How long prior my event should I book it.
Answer: Usually 2-3 week prior to your event.
